It is my favorite because when I was growing up, my Dad was in a band (a local Grand Rapids band actually) anyway, his fiddle player (Mr. Randy Johnson R.I.P) was not only my favorite person in the band but he sure knew how to play that fiddle. The sound of one, whether it is played as a traditional violin or a "screaming" fiddle is soothing for me! My favorite instrument is the violin/fiddle.
