My kids BEG to go to the Mud Room. Ever since we were lucky enough to go there at 6am one day for a FOX 17 promo, my son has been asking to go back. It’s such a fun, colorful, creative environment that even I, the art/craft-challenged mom that I am, get in the mood to make and create. I made a glass-fused dish that I am SO proud of. (Although I saw some creations by 8 year-olds that were better than mine, I am not going to dwell on that.)
Whether you are creatively challenged (like me) or an experienced artist, The Mud Room is the perfect place to spend an afternoon! This family-friendly studio offers Paint-Your-Own Pottery and Glass Fusing projects during regular hours. All ages and experience levels are welcome. You’ll get assistance from helpful and talented staff no matter what you choose to make.

During Christmas Break, kids ages 5-15 (painting independently) get their Studio Fees for just $5/person per visit. *Not valid Sundays, Dec 25 or Jan 1.
New Year’s Day Special … Sunday • Jan 1 • 1pm-4pm
Celebrate the New Year! Our Studio Fee is only $1/person on the first day of the year.

The Mud Room also offers special events and camps for kid whenever the Forest Hills School district breaks from school. Check their website for offers in January for Mid-Winter Break activities.
